Scope of Work & Project Proposals

Every engagement begins with a clear Scope of Work (SOW) or architectural proposal. The proposal outlines the deliverables, tech stack, milestones, estimated timelines, and agreed investment.

Any feature additions, architectural shifts, or major modifications outside the approved SOW will be scoped and estimated as an add-on change order with prior written agreement.

Intellectual Property & Code Ownership

You own what we build for you. Upon complete payment of agreed milestones, 100% of all custom source code, design assets, database schemas, and documentation created specifically for your project transfer entirely to you.

Standard open-source libraries, frameworks (e.g. Astro, React, Vite, Node.js), and pre-existing reusable utilities remain subject to their respective open-source licenses.

Milestones, Invoicing & Delivery

Projects are structured into transparent, phased milestones (e.g., Discovery & Architecture, Core Development, Staging & Testing, Final Deployment).

• Invoices are due upon completion of each defined milestone before beginning the subsequent phase.
• Deliverables are deployed to staging environments for client review and acceptance testing at each stage.

Warranty & Post-Launch Support

We stand by our code. Every delivered project includes a complimentary 30-day bug-fix warranty period following production release to resolve any issues related to agreed scope specifications at zero additional cost.

Ongoing maintenance, infrastructure monitoring, and feature iteration packages are available following the warranty window.

Client Responsibilities & Assets

To keep delivery on schedule, clients agree to provide necessary branding assets, third-party API credentials, content copy, and timely feedback on milestone reviews.
